Our Standards

As an Interpreting Agency we have established the following key standards:

 

All Language Service Professionals (LSPs) are registered and suitably trained to undertake the work they are assigned.

 

We aim to provide confirmation of a named LSP within 48 hours of receiving a request.

 

We are established as a 24 hour agency to ensure that the Deaf community have access to a full service, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. We also have an out of hours contact for emergency use.

 

Anyone requesting a booking will be expected to supply Signs in Vision with a fully completed booking form including the full invoicing details.

 

If you are booking an LSP with us for the first time, you will be sent a copy of Signs In Vision’s Terms and Conditions

 

We aim to match the requirements of our customers with an appropriate LSP according to the Equalities Act 2010.

 

We adopt a flexible approach to our work to ensure that we benefit all who use our agency.
